You can track your order by clicking on the 'Track Order' link in the top menu or by visiting 'My Orders' in your Account page. Once your order ships, we also send you an email and SMS containing the tracking number and a link to the courier's website.

We support a wide variety of payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), Netbanking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for selected pin codes.

To return a product, go to your 'Account' -> 'Orders', select the order containing the item you want to return, and click on 'Return/Replace'. Select the reason for return and submit. We will schedule a reverse pickup within 24-48 hours. Please ensure items are unused, in original packaging, and all labels/tags are intact.

Refunds are initiated immediately after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item. For prepaid orders, refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund is transferred to your registered bank account or Gkart wallet.

To become a seller, click on the 'Become a Seller' link in the top/bottom menu of Gkart. You will need a valid GSTIN, an active bank account, and catalog details to start listing and selling your products. Registration takes less than 10 minutes!

If your order has not been packed or shipped yet, you can modify your shipping address by contacting our support team immediately. Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to change the delivery address.

We recommend using a strong password that contains a combination of capital letters, lowercase letters, symbols, and numbers. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) under Account Security, and never share your OTP, password, or login credentials with anyone.

Many electronics, appliances, and branded items carry manufacturer warranties. You can find the warranty duration under the product specifications on the product detail page. For brand warranty claims, you can reach out directly to the authorized brand service center or contact us for assistance.
