Please read these terms carefully. Your use of Gkart indicates your agreement to these binding terms and conditions.
Disclaimer: In case of any discrepancy or difference, the English version will take precedence over the translation.
This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes.

The Platform is owned by GKART GREEN INDIA LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at VAGAI COMPLEX, SIVASAKTHI NAGAR, MANICKAPURAM ROAD, Palladam, Coimbatore - 641664, Tamil Nadu (hereinafter referred to as "Gkart").
Your use of the Platform and services are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with Gkart and these terms constitute Your binding obligations.
01Membership Eligibility
Transaction on the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" including minors are not eligible to use the Platform.
If you are a minor, you may use the Platform only under the supervision and prior consent of a parent or legal guardian.
02Account & Registration
If You use the Platform, You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password. You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue or incomplete, We shall have the right to suspend or terminate your membership.
Primary Identifier
Your mobile number and email address serve as your primary identifiers. Keep them updated at all times.
Security Policy
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account credentials.
03Communications
When You use the Platform or send emails to us, You are communicating with Us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from Us periodically. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.
Platform for Transaction
The Platform enables the Buyer and Seller to transact. Gkart is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transaction between the Platform's Users.
Gkart does not make any representation or Warranty as to specifics (such as quality, value, or saleability) of the products proposed to be sold.

We view protection of Your privacy as a very important principle. We store and process Your Information in accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GKART BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OF USE.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, even if Gkart has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.
